What data we process and why
We process identification and contact data, data on your enquiry, order, contractual and service relationship, accounting data and technical data on the use of the website. The scope always depends on which service you use.
- Handling of an enquiry and communication prior to concluding a contract.
- Conclusion and performance of a purchase, service or other contract.
- Fulfilment of accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
- Complaints, servicing, protection of rights and security of systems.
- Marketing and optional cookies only under the conditions laid down by legal regulations.
Health data
We process data on health status and mobility limitations only where they are necessary for the requested individualisation of the product or service, and as a rule on the basis of separate explicit consent. A general enquiry is available even without this consent.
Recipients and transfers
The data may be accessed, to the necessary extent, by authorised staff and contracted providers of IT, accounting, legal, manufacturing, assembly, logistics or service services. We do not sell personal data. In the event of any transfer outside the EEA, we will ensure an appropriate legal mechanism.
Your rights
In particular, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. A complaint may be lodged with the Office for Personal Data Protection. Please send requests to info@astrum-mobility.cz.
