Scope of the consent
The consent applies only to data on your state of health and mobility limitations that you voluntarily provide to the extent necessary for the individual assessment, configuration, manufacture, set-up, safe use or servicing of the product.
Purpose
- Assessment of the suitability of the product or service for individual needs.
- Design, configuration, manufacture, modification, set-up and safe use of the wheelchair or accessories.
- Service requests, complaints and technical modifications, where the data are necessary.
- Prevention of safety risks.
Voluntary nature and withdrawal
The consent is voluntary. Without it, you can obtain general information and a standard offer. You may withdraw the consent at any time by e-mail at info@astrum-mobility.cz or in writing to the registered office address. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
Processing period
The data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose, at the longest for the period stated in the current full wording of the consent, unless the consent is withdrawn earlier or unless further retention is required by legal regulation or by the protection of legal claims.
Draft version 1.1 · effective from 29. 7. 2026. The production form must retain the exact wording and version of the consent, the date and time it was granted, the identification of the form and an audit record.
